OSSA names 2022 Administrator of the Year

STANFIELD, Ore. – The Oregon Small Schools Association is proud to announce that Beth Burton has been named its 2022 Administrator of the Year. Burton is the superintendent of Stanfield School District in Umatilla County.
Sarah Medary, Eugene City Manager - Sarah Medary is Eugene’s City Manager and a long-time City of Eugene employee. She was appointed to the City Manager role in 2019 after serving 23 years for the City in multiple roles. Her first job with the city was a part-time position in parks maintenance and her career has spanned 13 positions in 4 different departments.
Dr. Kira Mauseth, Astrum Health, LLC, Clinical Psychologist and Professor, Seattle University - Dr. Kira Mauseth is a practicing clinical psychologist who sees patients at Snohomish Psychology Associates, teaches as a Senior Instructor at Seattle University and serves as a co-lead for the Behavioral Health Strike Team for the WA State Department of Health. Her work and research interests focus on resilience and recovery from trauma as well as well as disaster behavioral health.
Lisa Keohokalole, President, PointNorth - Lisa Keohokalole Schauer leads a team of facilitators, storytellers, and strategic communicators at PointNorth. She draws energy from interacting with people. As a serial entrepreneur with a habit of saying yes, Lisa has built a reputation for identifying improvement opportunities, seeking creative solutions, and taking action through collaboration.
Libra Forde, Executive Director, Women’s Foundation of Oregon - As a former athlete and business owner, Libra champions elite personal behavior. She uses her education and elite athletic experiences to cultivate thought partnerships that is actionable, manageable, and sustainable. In addition, over 25 years, corporate, racial/social justice and orator experiences enable her to relate to diverse communities, professional groups, and individuals.
Moe Carrick, CEO Moementum, Inc. - With over 30 years of work in organizations on issues of partnership, leadership, inclusion, strategy and culture Moe believes that rigorous self-awareness, courage, honest dialogue, active involvement, and empathy are fundamentals to building full partnerships based on trust and curiosity. Moe is Founder of Certified BCorp Moementum, Inc. and holds a Master’s Degree in OD, is a Certified Daring Way™/Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, a Coach, and is administrator of a variety of tools in her trade.
