The New Principals Academy provides relevant just-in-time information and interactive sessions designed to support new K-12 principals.

Participants receive mentorship and professional support from OESPA and OASSA Executive Committee members, COSA staff, & regional experts.

The Assistant Principal Seminar Series provides relevant just-in-time information and learning designed to support K-12 assistant principals.  Participants receive mentorship and professional support from OESPA and OASSA Executive Committee members, COSA staff, & regional experts.

Cost: $595
The seminar includes Summer Conference & Seaside Conference registration at no additional cost. Must be an active COSA member to participate.

Academy Objectives:
This academy series is dedicated to supporting new Directors/Coordinators during their first, second, or third years serving in their roles. The series will focus on current topics and requirements in the Special Education field and will include networking and mentorship opportunities from veteran colleagues, and ODE staff. Must be an active COSA Member to participate.
