A year in review: Joel Hungerford will provide an overview of litigation against Oregon school districts this year (including the most common allegations and litigation stemming from the pandemic); statewide trends we are seeing during IEP meetings and regarding ODE state complaints; and what administrators and IEP teams need to have on their radar headed into next year. Time will be alloted for Q/A.

In this session we’ll explore what those strategies are and hear about real cases of success, even in Oregon.
