Chris Spetzler, Executive Director of Decision Education Foundation (DEF), is passionate about bringing Decision Skills to young people. In 2019, Chris supported Junction City HS in successfully launching a 9th Grade Success class built around Decision Skills that reached all 9th grade students. Chris lead the development of StrongStart, DEF’s summer bridge program for incoming 9th graders proven effective at small rural and large urban districts over successive summers (Fern Ridge, 4J, Bethel, Springfield, Portland, Junction City).
