Executive Summary
Objective: To provide beginning Oregon Superintendents an opportunity to create a collaborative learning network focused on key leadership skills and practical strategies to help improve their individual school districts. Participants will attend a series of workshops throughout the 2017-18 school year, scheduled in conjunction with key COSA events and conferences.
The Oregon Association of Central Office Administrators has planned a series of three seminars during the 2017-18 school year. This seminar series is designed to provide timely professional development and networking support to central office administrators.
