Becky Imler Wells was a public educator for 41 years before retiring in 2019. In 2020 she joined the Cognia team as their Director of Client Services for Washington and Oregon. During her career she was a special education teacher, elementary principal, special programs director, special education director and superintendent. She has an extensive background in special education, including developing programs for students with autism, and other support programs like LAP, Title I, Migrant and Bilingual.
