Len Reed is currently the Associate Director of Human Resources at Tigard-Tualatin School District. She is a former building administrator in several California and Oregon school districts. Employee Experience and Performance and Creating an Inclusive Workplace are priorities in her work.  Len is a strong believer that people, not programs, make the greatest impact on student achievement.

Debbie Ebert is in her 34th year in public education. After 17 years in the classroom in different grades, schools, and districts, Debbie became a building principal in Parkrose and then in Tigard-Tualatin. For the last five years, she has been in the role of Human Resources Director for TTSD. Debbie believes as we transition into a new and challenging time in education, the act of recruiting, hiring, and retaining with a focus on diversifying our workforce is more important than ever before!
