Greater Albany Public Schools’ Jessica Smith named Oregon Assistant Principal of the Year for 2023
(Salem, Ore.) The Oregon Association of Secondary School Administrators (OASSA) and the Coalition of Oregon School Administrators (COSA) have named Jessica Smith, West Albany High School Assistant Principal in Greater Albany Public Schools, the 2023 Oregon Assistant Principal of the Year.
Elaine Fox, Ed.D. is the Executive Director of Student Services in Hillsboro School District. Elaine has been in public education for 25 years as an Assistant, Teacher, Teacher on Special Assignment and Special Education Administrator. She has been an Administrator in the HSD Student Services Department for the past 15 years. She is also an adjunct professor at George Fox and Lewis and Clark Universities, and Mentors special education Directors around the state.
