Libra is currently the Executive Director for Women’s Foundation of Oregon, a philanthropist non-profit organization that focuses on gender justice.

His 16-year career as an educator and organizational leader has afforded him the opportunity to impact thousands of lives in over 25 U.S. States and internationally in such places as England; Bermuda; Zimbabwe; the Virgin Islands and Canada.
