Joel Hungerford is a partner at The Hungerford Law Firm, the only law firm in Oregon that focuses on education law exclusively. Joel has represented districts around the state in special education due process hearings and appeals, including cases before the Ninth Circuit. Joel also routinely assists districts with internal and external investigations, including handling systemic complaints before the Oregon Department of Education and the Federal Office of Civil Rights.
