Sarah Drinkwater, Ph.D., obtained her doctorate in special education, with an emphasis in early childhood, in 1988 from the University of Oregon. She worked as a Research Assistant Professor at the University of Washington in early childhood special education personnel preparation, and also taught at the University of Nevada, Reno, in the College of Education.
Molly Branson Thayer, Ed.D. is the Program Director of Leadership and Professional Education at the National P-3 Center at the University of Washington’s College of Education. In this role, Dr. Branson Thayer leads the Washington P-3 Executive Leadership Institute, which builds and supports administrators—in both early learning and elementary education—who are well equipped to ensure Washington’s young children have a high quality continuum of learning that begins at birth and extends through elementary school regardless of race, class, culture, or zip code. Dr.
Molly Ouche has been named the Oregon Middle School Principal of the Year by the Oregon Association of Secondary School Administrators and the Coalition of Oregon School Administrators. Molly serves as Principal for Parkrose Middle School in Portland.
Molly came to Parkrose School District in 2000 when she started her Parkrose career as a 7th Grade Language Arts Teacher. In 2007 she became Assistant Principal of Parkrose Middle School and in 2009 she moved on to Principal of Parkrose Middle School.
