Dr. Jennifer Spencer-Iiams is an educational leader focused on leading collaboratively for transformational change. Her co-authored book, Leading for All:Creating Truly Inclusive and Excellent Schools (Corwin, 2020), documents the significant work she led in the West Linn-Wilsonville School District, honoring students’ rightful presence. Dr. Kathleen Ludwig has served as the Superintendent of the West Linn-Wilsonville School District since 2016. Dr. Ludwig was the Deputy Superintendent for West Linn-Wilsonville School in 2015, and Assistant Superintendent from 2011-2014. She also served as Principal of Sunset Primary school for seven years prior to that. Her educational background includes a Ph.D. in education from the University of Oregon.
