Dr. Jennifer Spencer-Iiams is an educational leader focused on leading collaboratively for transformational change. Her co-authored book, Leading for All:Creating Truly Inclusive and Excellent Schools (Corwin, 2020), documents the significant work she led in the West Linn-Wilsonville School District, honoring students’ rightful presence. Jennifer has been featured on Peter DeWitt’s Leaders Coaching Leaders Podcast, The Think Inclusive Podcast, and more.
Dr. Kathleen Ludwig has served as the Superintendent of the West Linn-Wilsonville School District since 2016. Dr. Ludwig was the Deputy Superintendent for West Linn-Wilsonville School in 2015, and Assistant Superintendent from 2011-2014. She also served as Principal of Sunset Primary school for seven years prior to that. Her educational background includes a Ph.D. in education from the University of Oregon.
