John George, principal of Fleming Middle School in Three Rivers School District, has been named the Oregon Middle School Principal of the Year by the Oregon Association of Secondary School Administrators (OASSA) and the Coalition of Oregon School Administrators (COSA).
Cindy Quintanilla, executive director of secondary programs for North Clackamas School District, was elected as COSA President-Elect for 2014-15, in the recent COSA annual election. For next year, she will serve in the COSA Presidency with 2014-15 President Colt Gill (Bethel School District) and 2014-15 Past-President Tina Acker (Portland Public Schools).
