The Oregon Association of Central Office Administrators has planned a series of three seminars during the 2013-14 school year. This seminar series is designed to provide timely professional development and networking support to central office administrators.
The purpose of this annual conference is to provide attendees with the best professional learning experience related to special education. Student learning is improved when teachers, administrators, and parents are operating with research-based strategies and have a network of support to improve their learning over time. The Oregon Department of Education has worked with COSA to provide sessions and training applicable to policy and practice that will move us forward.

The Oregon School Law & Finance Seminar (a separate pre-conference event) is a two credit course designed for out-of-state administrators who are applying for an Oregon Administrator License.
The 2019 Legislative Session will begin on Tuesday, January 22 and the legislature is expected to remain in session until June. There are several ways to stay engaged during the legislative session, including writing to your state legislators and providing testimony in committee.
